I have started making my own chocolate. I have a kilo of raw organic cocoa butter in the fridge and all the dried stuff in the cupboard - now you made me want some. Here goes 2am chocolate making - again..

What better thing is there to do at 2am? Hmmm...

I'm looking for some my old pics. I have a few from an aspiring director/photographer ex boy friend. I know they are hanging around here somewhere.

Ok I just have one more question about baking. I found this recipe but it doesn't call for flour. Would that be okay do you think? (not an experienced baker here)

    1 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup Nestles Butterscotch morsels
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1/4 teaspoon vanilla

If you don't have the looks, makeup doesn't do a thing. :)

I did bridal runway one year. We have a huge bridal show every year here in Edmonton, and I was asked to participate. I fit most of the bridal gown stock because of my height and size.

It was fun. I love wedding dresses, they're so beautiful, fun to wear, makes you feel like a princess. Thankfully I didn't have to wear heals, otherwise it wouldn't have ended well.

When I got my dress I was asked if I'd ever considered modeling because they all fit me so well... back then.

Modeling isn't easy. It's more then just being pretty.

I love the pictures Bella. I wish I had mine. :(

    I wish you did too!

I wish I was that size again. I just printed it off and stuck in my fridge. Maybe it'll be that motivation I was looking for!

As I am making peanut butter caramel cookies. :p

"Hanging your bikini on the refrigerator door makes the goodies inside easier to ignore". ;)

Speaking of food, I have to go cook for the kids and me. Hubby is on nights, so it's just us 3.

I'll be back later. The kids are outside, will probably go back outside after dinner, so not too long.

Be good. At least be better then me, shouldn't be too hard. ;)

Yes. It's a sofa bed. No matter I do to block off the bottom, they manage to get underneath. Once they're under there, they crawl around inside my couch.

    Wow you look gorgeous Bell.

Those cookies sound yum. The chocolate is setting - but there's always the bowl to scrape out while I'm waiting. Shame I can't send you it to dip the cookies in.

    Haha... cute, but dangerous... Lol!

Yeah my sisters had a cat once which liked to hide in the weirdest places... but it was a rescue cat, so when we tried to get it out, it would swipe us or growl... which is a pretty freaky found to be honest...

We had a pair of kittens that used to insist on sleeping in the top of a large plant pot, on top of the compost, one either side of the plant. We provided all sorts of lovely comfy alternatives but as soon as we turned around they were back in the plantpot.

I've pretty much given up on keeping them out of it. In a month, or three, they'll probably be too big to fit under there anymore, anyway. Until then, I just make sure I count all six kittens most of the time and that there's no crying when one, or more, of them is in the couch.

    Thanks Q!

I don't know what I am going to do with 24 cookies though! I don't know what possessed me to bake at 11pm!

I'd avoid sitting on the couch altogether... Lol!

They can't get underneath the cushions. The folded up bed part of the sofa bed prevents that. They mostly like to climb up the back and run around on the part of the bed that folds up into the back. Since I prefer to sit with my legs up on the couch, I don't have to worry about accidentally leaning on someone.
