No Justy, they are for a project of mine with friends. We now have to write a report about our project to be submitted in some weeks. We had great hopes, but it turned out that the robot was not so 'capable'. The humanoid cannot grab things with its arms, because we would then have needed more motors. We are now crossing our fingers for the best. The first prize is about $600. The young scientist one is about $800. That's worth the try, right? ;)

Always worth a try and fantabulous when you learn something in the process, that is better then cash rewards, at least in my book. ;)

Yeah those are really good unky, I like the claw one :)

No, I wish I could leave early. I do sometimes but rarely.
The girl I work with is on maternity leave and she is the only one who knows how to do my job, so I am stuck.

You know, I was wondering... I see a lot of posts about tennants asking if they could be evicted, and landlords asking if they can evict.


What is the possibility of a landlord posts, and a tenant post, being directly connected to each other! That would be creepy

I've got an apartment in Arizona, with this tenant I need to evict.

*Sigh* more problems today... somebody called me... saying that the resolution I made was completely wrong, that the format too was wrong.

Completely wrong? What? I followed all the requirements, gave them their floppy disk (which is so rare to be used now... ), spent so much time, and they told me I've got until tomorrow to submit them another resolution if I wanted to go on with the conference. Now... I'm totally down :( I don't know what to do.

My teacher told me to bring the resolution tomorrow to see what could be wrong... God help me!! :(

I'm a little late with the pics too but I love the scorpion one Unky... very cool!

Thanks Shazzy. This has been the most appreciated one so far, but its uses in life are limited. The program going with it is as follows:

When there is nothing in front of it, it goes forward, with 50% of its energy.
When there is something less than 25 cm, it goes backwards with 100% of its energy, therefore, faster.
When there is something less that 5 cm, it will strike with its 'sting'.
