Allo,good people,
Looks like a cold one here in Illinois, but we could use a little rain/snow, everything is so dry.

How is everyone..
Good morning Start & all
Hey you Stringer... are you sore from your message? I heard that it happens sometimes...
Actually no not this morning. But I have learned from her that if you are sick/flu, etc then you shouldn't take the massage. And if you are really "tight" or stressed that you will feel some soreness or pain the next morning, and I have in the past.Quote:

How are you?
Nice... I am good... gonna get caught up with the house work...
And tonight is the last night of football practice for all the boys... they have the championship tomorrow!
That is a lot of fun, I wish them success!Quote:

They were a group of great kids, all of them are still friends. I still get calls from some of the kids I coached. Sometimes they stop me in the Mall or on the street and I am ashamed to say they have changed so much that I do not even recognise them sometimes.
These kids were fantastic.
Sports help build character and friendships that last forever... Some of the guys I played football with even in High School still keep in contact.
Ya... I know... that is how we met Jesse our foster boy...
Dustin coaches every year and he has since Grady was little... Sports are big here in Oregon, that is one reason why we moved here... Alaska is no place to be for a sports scholorship...
I am listening to love songs... and little Max seems to be very interested in the pretty girls on videos... LOL He is such a love...
Aaah haaa.. he is all boy...Quote:
