I don't know when Unky, my lawyer, will be able to draw up his documentation, and he might be late for court! Batman is sometimes fair...but then again...he likes to Duck Tape me to things! So he's a potential witness for the defense.

But of course, Momma just has to *snap* and it's all over with! :p

    All of your campaigning is to not avail DUCK... in our court;

    Queen Alty picks the jurors.

You are guilty until proven innocent.

All assigned attorneys must be in court at the start of the "trail" or the accused HAS NO ATTORNEY. (I would be PMing Unky starting.......NOW!):D

Sheriff and Deputy's shotguns will be loaded with red pepper shells.

The DUCK WILL be handcuffed and will wear a stripped duck jumpsuit with a sign on her back; "I DID IT" !! Oh yes, and the DUCK, being a dangerous criminal will also have a thick chain and ball on her "one" leg.

No one except the Judge (Alty), the two attorneys (Unky and the prosecutor: need a volunteer here, however the Deputy can become one if no one qualified steps forward soon), the jury and the LAW are allowed to participate.

These rules are final and will be posted on the door to the courtroom for all to see.

Trail to be set for tonight, unless a postponement occurs due to not filling the positions.

A little advice; I would definitely enlist the help of Momma for your attorney, she's the best hope you have to survive this.

Gosh, darn. Of all the things I studied (i.e. med, psychology, computer programming, motherhood, sexology) I forgot to place Law in my agenda.

But, for Ducky, if there is none other to stand up for her, I will do my best.
But rest assured, she's under my control so she will behave from now on.. All I have to do is snap or not snap - that will be the question for her to consider. Mean, aren't I? One could actually get used to having power - nice feeling, hahahaha.

Where is your alibi? Even if you have to ask your mother for help here, you better get started. One should always have a good alibi prepared for all occasions. Stop resisting, look meek, and behave, and you might have a chance.

And please don't tell everybody about our secret - that only makes things worse honey...

Need a good conditioner for those feathers? Use mayonaise -that works great!

Psssssssssstttttttttttttt!! Duckster, I have a full tank of gas in the Rebel and it is ready to roll... we will see how things go. Actually, just between you and me, I think he talks a tough game but has a heart of gold so I think "No worries" tonight!!

I've been trying to tell her not to worry, his bark is bigger than his bite, so she should just go along with it. She is just so spontaneously panic stricken sometimes, I don't know about that duck.

Take her for a nice ride around the moat and then bring her back...

We all have to face the things in life and hope for the best.. and with all the help here, she should not worry so much.

Anyone aiding and abetting this known felon will be held for trail as guilty also.

    BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Latest news flash...

The accused and guilty DUCK has been taken into custody. She is behind bars and dressed in prisoner garb. The only reaction spoken from the DUCK:

"Who me ???????" Obviously a trick to gather sympathy, but according to investigators they have a solid case...

The duckling is talking, and quite the story he's telling. Starduck has been leading a secret life of crime and involving minor ducky's.

As judge I will hear her case, but the evidence against her is pretty convincing.

Here is a picture of the baby confessing.

OK, The case is closed as far as I'm concerned. Because I am the one who took the picture and it was NOT our duck!
This was taken while our Ducky was visiting her parents before they went on their Florida vacation.
Besides, when I approached the real perpetrator, her voice was not the same, and she did not have that special spot that I know our ducky has under her chin.
Also, our ducky does not have children. She has a dog as companion who was also very sick at that time and needed constant care.

Sorry to burst your bubble Sheriff, but I cannot tell a lie. I will however, help you find the real criminal and her gang at your convenience.

The reason I posted that picture was to show others to what depths some ducks sink to make money by using their off-springs and that shames us all.

I know our ducky would not stoop to such measures. And, let us not forget that the spell that makes her a duck in the castle vanishes and makes her human as soon as she leaves the castle grounds...

Excellent Deputy, keep a Leary eye on her, she is devious as you know, keep you finger on that shotgun with the pepper shells. Put her in the dark cell with only the tiny, little window.

Do not talk to her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She will con you. AND keep an eye out for those young 'uns scurrying across the floor to try to get in the cell before you get the door closed!! They can sneak out through the window and try to steal your keys!

But, but Momma, I know she did it, I just know.

Do we really have to leave her alone?

It's been such a long time since I had roast duck. :(

Nope... we found a "magic Marker" in her possession.

It has been established that she uses "duck decoys."

Yep... she did. Have you seen any of her posts? She is guilty by association alone. Hee hee She "runs" with wiley characters.

If you guys are so insistent, I guess we will have to hope for a 'hung' jury, or I will have to wash my hands of this case... Sorry, but I tried my best, ducky.
