I just got a call from HR. I have to come in for a drug test/background check before I can get "hired" as an actual employee... apparently I didn't need one as a student, but as an actual employee, I do. Problem is this. My appointment for drug screening is Thursday. My last day is Friday.

I kind of thought that the whole "come help me unpack" was just a ruse... but didn't really mind at all... ;)

I am doing quite well. The Chuffster is having an excellent day, and it even rained down here cooling the place off. You can go outside and not start sweating. That's awesome!

We had tornado warnings today, a few funnel clouds were spotted, not good. It seems to be okay now, but it was a bit tense there for a bit.

Nope I didn't blow away, was just outside standing in the middle of my back yard, pitch black, getting rained on and watching th elightning. I love thunderstorms. This ones pretty violent too...
