Stringer honey, I hope I have at least a million left. I know that when I get a hug, those endorphines just seep and I feel so warm, and know that everyone should have the same feeling, so I'm going to spread them as much as I can, especially those with tender rubs on one's back while hugging.
Just for that, I's sending one To YOU too!

rpg and stringer... you are sweehearts! And thanks for the kisses!
You all are.. Here is a little something for you cellphone users out there who might not have know that...
=: 4 Things You Probably Never Knew Your Mobile Phone Could Do :=
There are a few things that can be done in times of grave emergencies. Your mobile phone can actually be a life saver or an emergency tool for survival. Check out the things that you can do with it:
FIRST
Emergency -- the emergency number worldwide for mobile is 112.
If you find yourself out of the coverage area of your mobile; network and there is an emergency, dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to establish the emergency number for you, and interestingly the number 112 can be dialed even if the keypad is locked. Try it out.
SECOND
Have you locked your keys in the car? Does your car have remote keyless entry? This may come in handy someday and is a good reason to own a cell phone:
If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their mobile phone from your cell phone. Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on their end. Your car will unlock. Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you. Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away, and if you can reach someone who has the other 'remote' for your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk).
[Editor's Note: this did not work for us, possibly because we have an aftermarket remote locking system.]
THIRD
Hidden Battery Power. Imagine your mobile battery is very low. Press the keys *3370# to activate the reserve. Your mobile will restart with this reserve and the instrument will show a 50% increase in battery. This reserve will get charged when you charge your mobile next time.
FOURTH
How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone? To check your mobile phone's serial number, key in the following digits on your phone * # 0 6 #
A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your handset. Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. When your phone get stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card, your phone will be totally useless.
You probably won't get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can't use/sell it either. If everybody does this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones.

I did not even know these things - but it could have helped a few of my buddies when the locked their keys in the car, LMAO...

Evening everybody, hope you all had a great weekend - even though some of you had a bit of blizzardly weather.
Stringer, I just bet you're proud of your nephew and you should be. It takes talent to write, and it's always cool to have talent in the family.

I am allowed to smoke for one more week... THEN, I will see how I am wit the same things...
I have been taking the Chantix for one week now, I have noticed that I have a strange taste in my mouth, especially when I smoke...
Take care,
Stringer
OK, I think I've missed something here. Are you two trying to stop smoking?
If so, I wish you both all the success in the world! I wish I never started at the age of 13 - my first cig made me feel green and dizzy - I guess they call that a rush now - and I wish I would have listened to my body then.. but peer pressure is heck!
Now when I see a young thing with a cig I want to slap it out of his or her hands but maybe with the new laws we'll have less smokers in the future.
Hope you all have a good weekend!

I quit, um maybe about a month ago, and I've had a few ups and downs, but for the most part it is going very well.
I'm using the patch and he's using chantix.
After a setback for me last weekend, I've actually been feeling better with very few withdrawals since.
I commend you for all the triumphs you've gone through and are still going through and you are truly an inspiration to me.
Stringer I'm very proud of you for sticking to the program.
Next week is going to be the big one and I'll be here for you -
We will all be here for you!

Dear Stringer, AK, and everyone else that want's to stop smoking.
I AM So DARNED PROUD OF YOU!. even if you need several tries (like I did with booze) it is worth it once you beat that habit.
With me, it's too late, but I feel proud every time I'm out with my grandson and don't smoke around him. And, am actually glad that the public places are no-smoking areas - it's better in the longrun. Now people who don't like the smoke can enjoy the bars, restaurants and other entertainment without having to endure passive smoke. That gives them all a chance to go out and meet people without worrying about their health - and I think that's a positive. Even through I am still a smoker, I can enjoy my cigs at home and nobody can say anything about it and that's enough for me. So what if smokers have to freeze their a$$es off outside, or get wet in the rain, - it makes them smoke faster or put the cig out. It also saves them money in the longrun and they'll have to find something else to spend it on... LOL... good luck in finding a better tasting crutch, I say. And I've heard that food tastes a lot better, so enjoy your visits to your favorite eatery.
Another benefit is that the clothes you wear don't smell like a cheap pub and your fingers are no longer yellow unless you paint them that way while finger-painting with your kids - which is more fun!
Think positive and keep up the effort - I think it's all worth it.
