All I can do is go in and be honest. I reviewed a chart of a patient. I was not her nurse, but the doctor from the facility where her baby was sent called me and asked for some info that she could not find in the chart that was sent with the baby. So, I looked into mother's chart to see if that info was there. I don't see how that is a problem, but I guess to someone it is.

I just got suspended "pending further investigation." Luckily my nurse manager has my back and I will be notified this afternoon. She told me to iron my scrubs for work tomorrow night.
