Have you ever seen chinese fried noodles?? I have a Chinese origin and I can tell you that that isn't like it. ( noodles have a round cross section, another thing similar called 'Sa Ho Foon', don't know the english name though, but not noodles have a flat cross sectional area, like in the pic.)Quote:

Chill it's a game!:eek: but thanks for the lesson on chinese noodles. The next time I eat them I will definitely compare them to your description... but since I am in America I doubt if I would be able to get the same quality as you have.
