Oh now, THAT is a good guess.

My mind keeps coming back to a decomposing skull or something like that, which I'm sure it's not, which is why I haven't guessed it--but potpourri would be a good guess.

    Sneezy,
Do you have lemon and honey at home?
If you do, squeeze half a lemon in a glass and add a spoon of honey, add warm water and drink.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

EDIT:: Keep drinking this until your system clears.

Thank you. I've been sleeping all day, waking up every hour or so just to throw up.

Firmy, I am drinking this milk/honey/lemon concoction... is the milk supposed to curdle?
  • Aug 14, 2008, 11:56 AM

I don't think milk is good when you have food poisoning.

Just lemon in hot water or even better with honey,it helps clear your stomach faster if you drink every half hour or so.
And remember you should not get dehydrated.Lots of other fluids.

To keep up your strength, you should try to have food easy on the stomach like rice porridge. It is better eaten plain as you have an upset stomach.
