I sit here hitting refresh, just waiting for the grades.
It's always hurry and wait. LOL
I am currently on the Bubble so to speak with a 78 average, so bringing it up to a 79.5 shouldn't be too hard (all cause of the last test). Luckily my clinical instructor is available for tutoring for the rest of the semester for those of us right on the boarder.
I LOVE MY CLINICAL INSTRUCTOR!!
One foot in front of the other...
How to pass academic tests and sobriety tests.

Way To Go J_9!!
APPLIED TECHNIQUES FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF ENEMAS
Enemas have been used for centuries, but enema technique has evolved through trial and error rather than systematic research. Enema administration is a basic nursing skill; it is the nurse who usually recognizes when an enema is needed and requests a doctor`s order , then gives or delegates giving the enema, and finally evaluates the enema`s effectiveness and how well patient tolerated it. Hence, nurses need to know the best way to give enemas.
After fourteen years in an Endoscopy unit, some practical experience grants me right to give some information about optimal enema techniques, safety and invalid comparisons of enemas with other methods of colon cleansing.
Ah, nurses give very few enemas these days. Especially in Labor & Delivery where I'll be working for the next 2 years till I start pushing the REAL drugs.
Well done hunny xxxx
So proud of you!
GO J_9!!
I JUST found this thread!! Whoo!!
See you in the OR in about 4 years?

We knew you would get there j no doubt in our minds at all your way to special to not do it ;)
Does anyone know how to add more hours to the day? More days to the week? Weeks to the month? Can I sleep through this next month and someone wake me the morning of the Pinning Ceremony?
Too much drama at school about the ceremony. Too many cackling hens in the class who can't agree to anything.
Oh, but hey, we booked the church where the ceremony is to take place, booked it about 2 months ago. Gave them our head count and everything...
Find out today they only seat 325 people... WE HAVE 450 COMING!!
Decorations? What are decorations? Oh, yeah, one gal said we can use table cloths on 5 tables, leave one unclothed, cloth 5 more, leave another unclothed. Where in the hell am I graduating from, Podunk University??
Feck me, scuse my french... but this is just too frustrating.
Sorry, had to vent!
LOL, J, I promise you all will have it all figured out...
Don't fret, or maybe you should cause you are so damn cute doing it!;)
Don't worry, last minute crap always turns up but we all seem to work it all out!
Okay J, tell the truth. How long until you go back to school for your Nurse Practioner's License?
674 hours until the pinning ceremony! :D
Errm, I plan on starting back this fall for my Bachelors at the University of Tennessee. I need to get Bachelor's and Masters for NP license and get started before they make it mandatory to have your Doctorate just to be a NP. That way I'll be grandfathered in before the laws change. ;)Quote:

Go J Go. Does this mean you can tell me I wrong and have the credentials to back it up? Darnit! Not that I ever doubted you, but now I don't have a snowballs chance in h*ll. :p
You are great, all the women on this board are so lucky to have you here. The men too, but we've got dibs on you.:)
You should come back to Michigan :)
I know a few doctors from where I work (our clients)... it could definitely turn into a real life version of Scrubs. Sweeeeeet.
Keep up the good work! It will pay off for you suga mama! :)

Anyway, here is my official unofficial graduation picture.
