My daughter just said, " Mom..I graduated with a guy named "Bix Bixby" I think she may be fibbing. Okay how about this... I live in the South and for years I heard a story of a Judge who lived in this area over a hundred years ago. He was up in years and he married a young woman who wanted children. He didn't but she became pregnant and had twins and the judge whose last name was Hogg got his revenge by naming the girls... Ima and Ura... True story.:eek:

I visited the Hogg mansion when I was young.

Here's one.. . Picabo Street (pronounced: Peek-a-boo). She was an olympic skier when I was a kid.

Time flies.. JD you are way younger than me I bet.. I remember when "Sky King" and "Fury" were on TV (B&W) on Saturday morning. When you had to have a bottle opener to open a coke.

How about a can opener to open a beer can?

I was around for the 8 packs of bottled pop. I miss them:( There was nothing better than ice cold pop in a bottle, but then of course you had to lug the bottles back to the market.:rolleyes:
