I love to make stuffed jalepeno peppers, because my Husband loves them so much and complements me on them every time. Even though every time I make them a little different. But I love to eat almost anything, food is my friend.

Yeah, a coworker and I walked up and got an iced coffee the other day. It was pretty good. They had all kinds of desserts there too that looked good.

Now I have to make Stir-Fry tonight! I need a mango and some Bellas.:)

Favorite food: This is going to be boring but I really enjoy a bowl full of fresh fruits, it's my favorite thing in the entire world..

Drink: depends, if you mean alcohol, I said it once so I'll say it again "three wisemen shot"-- other than that I enjoy cold ice water-- or homemade lemonade- mmm.

Thing to cook: Uh.. I absolutely love lentil soup in a bread bowl..

:) Did someone say PIE... I came running when I heard you say that!
Oh yes from the time I was aware of "pie" and seeing my Mom rolling out the dough and placing it in the Pyrex pie pan and crimping those edges in her style I was hooked.
I took in every move she made until the pie was removed from the hot oven. The hour it took to bake sent aromas to every part of the house. Apple pies with cinnamon, brown sugar and a little cloves that sent my father and I into some king of craziness until we had the first bite of it for dessert. Of course we had to eat dinner first and wait some more. As we sat reading the newspaper or watching the news on TV our thoughts were on that wonderful "PIE". Now many years later my husband and I are waiting for "PIES" to emerge from the oven more often than required but they do appear this week it's BLUEBERRY PIE... Life is gooood!

Very happy to meet you, looking forward to more of these moments. Thanks for the reply and I guess you can tell "chat" is my thing. I've never been able to fill out those forms for contests... saying my piece in 25 words or less.:p that's life... and it is full of surprises.
