    No, but now that I think about it, I have used it for that, but no, that's not it's intended purpose.

    I'll let on another hint:

    It's normally carried in the pocket of it's user's.
    If you own one, it's probably not the only one you have or have had.
    It has a distinct sound when it operates, that sounds like nothing else.
