Hey Retsy, are you feeling any better?

HC, to think that we first met on my "What would you do if you won the lottery" thread, that prompted your café, then my pub, then the box, and now the den of iniquity, kidding. ;)

The doc said it was a viral infection or strep, but the strep screen was negative, and it would take until Monday to get a culture back, so if I'm not better by Monday, he's going to treat it as strep, but in the meantime get rest and fluids. And he gave me some lidocaine to gargle for the pain.

All in all I'm feeling better just from the lidocaine... my throat isn't as sore.

Hair disheveled... haven't shaved in days... dark circles under eyes... just overall... blech.
