Rpg, I get terrible sinus headaches, try these remedies;

Stand in the shower and let very hot water run on your forehead, back of your neck AND the TOP of your head.

Sit up straight, shoulders level, look forward, try to touch your ear down to the tip of your shoulder. Hold to a count of about 20, repeat for the other side and keep repeating. It loosens your neck muscles.

With the opposite hand, press and squeeze the "web" part between your thumb and fore finger. Squeeze and hold, it will hurt but will at least temporarily relieve your headache.
Stringer

Take a pill... doesn't always work for me.

Drink something VERY HOT, tea, coffee, etc, hold the hot liquid in your mouth, the hot steam will relieve it also. Keep repeating this.
