Hey Bear and Alty... was in, then saw the thread of Starby... still in shock :( Liver failure is kind of following me everywhere... first my dad, then the friend of my dad, now Starby :(

The weird thing is that my dad and his friend had the same name; Patrick, and both died on a Tuesday, of the same disease, roughly at the same time. My dad was in August, and his friend some weeks later.

Thank you all! :) I thought you already knew Bear? maybe you didn't see my post... anyway, now you know.

Yes, now I remember you mentioned that Alty. Sad thing that liver diseases.

Just then, last week, I had a talk on the Challenges in the Medical Field, and I decided to talk about Hepatitis, the disease affecting the liver, causing cancer and liver cirrhosis. You'll be surprised that liver cancer is the fifth most deadly disease in the world and affects one out of twelve people.

Okay, this is just me, but here's what I'd do.

Warning, my plans usually don't end well so proceed with caution.

Is she dating someone? Married? If so, this is going to be easy and fun. Write her boyfriend/husband/dog an email. Tell him that you would like his girlfriend/wife/owner to stop trying to hook up with your husband. Tell him that your husband does not swing, he's not in an open relationship. Tell him that you don't care if they sleep with other people, but that's not happening in your house. Tell him that you are also not interested in her and that she needs to stop calling and leaving messages on myspace. The answer is no, no, no.

The minute you get off the phone with him the fit will hit the shan! :)

Now. If she's not seeing anyone then the plan is harder because your husband is going to have to be the one to stop it. Okay, bluntly put, he needs to grow a pair.

Block her from Myspace, Facebook, the phone, your yard, everything.

He's going to have to tell her that he's not at all interested, that he married you because he loves you, only you, no one else.

I don't care if she knew him since they were in utero, she's nothing, you're his wife.

She needs to back the f off. Okay, sorry, reliving a moment.

Anyway. If she calls and whines, tell her to suck it up and go find another guy to play with, that you're husband isn't allowed to play with her anymore. She needs to find a new playground.

    Best I can do.

Proceed. With caution. Really! Actually, don't do it. Na, bad idea. Walk away.

    Good luck. :)

You don't know the half of it.

I'm a really nice person, until I can't be. No one messes with my family or my friends. It's just not going to happen.

It's pretty bad. My husband has a bailout fund for me, just in case. ;)

I got into a fight with a guy that raped my friend.

He ended up in the same bar as us. He came up to her and grabbed her , asked her if she was ready for round two. She went white.

He then turned to me and said "or maybe I'll break in a new one".

I kneed him in the groin, punched him in the mouth, knocked out one of his teeth and then spit in his face.

The bouncers came, tore us apart, called the police.

When the police came I explained why I had done it. Both cops, men, took me aside and said "we have to take you in because this is assault, but personally, if it was up to us, we'd give you a medal. This guy is in our system, he's a known rapist, spent 2 years in jail for rape, but this time he's being smart, no evidence".

They took me to the station, threw me in the slammer. I was 18 at the time, didn't know hubby, didn't want to call mom and dad, called an ex. He wasn't home, phone call wasted.

The cops all pitched in and paid for my bail, drove me home, told me that next time I should make sure he didn't get back up. No charges were ever filed. Something tells me the cops talked to the guy and made it clear that filing charges wasn't a good idea.

Ya, I was a bit bad when I was young. ;)

One of my customers left a note for me to go in and spray his house when he wasn't there that read "Hired Assassins Welcome." We're not that hard to find.
