Yeah. I agreee.
As we enter the dark, and often, as here, cold months of winter, all too many people can become depressed, suffering from what the doctors call "SAD" - "Seasonal Affective Disorder". The further from the equator people live, the higher the incidences of SAD and the worse the effects are we are told. We are also told that this is a "disease" of the brain due to such causes as "melatonin deficiency", due to the long, dark nights as well as many other reasons. As is often the case, what doctors do not know is that the Mind has total dominion over the organic brain and also therefore our moods as well as our state of health, aging and every other aspect of physical existence. If we have "sunny thoughts", we will feel happy. If we have dark thoughts people will feel "sad" or depressed. So if you feel "down" at this time of the year, or wish to feel permanently happy, then make the effort to think happy, sunny thoughts often, by remembering happy events as if you are there now, and above all knowing, beyond any doubt, that your natural state of Being is happiness, joy and peace, and by knowing only those things they can only be your experience. Doctors may advise seeking a powerful light source for "SAD", or sitting in front of the window for 30 minutes, but again these are all physical actions. There is only one fundamental Universal Principle above all others - Mind. So instead of sitting in front of a window or sitting in a very bright room, imagine and visualise yourself being outside on the brightest and sunniest summers day, and this alone will invoke a much more powerful and enduring effect. Whenever you feel "sad" for any reason, use the power of your Mind to become happy again, knowing above all else that as aspects and expressions of the ultimate Source of Light, we have the power within us to realise anything at all, and above all that we influence our external reality including our health and the way we feel - not the other way around.
OK? Good. Now get the hell out of here before I release the dogs.
The mind is a powerful thing! Release them dogs!

Any time... Did you ever get your emoticons issue fixed. You might have stronger antispyware and on your PC than what I have. I use Cyberdefender and on another I use AVG Free.Quote:

I have both Internet Explorer and FireFox on this PC. Protected w/ Norton's 2005 Internet Security software over Windows XP Home - SP2 (Should I try turning Norton off?)
The smiley's are on a button at the top of this page, but I can't find a way to place them in here.
I've tried many different combinations, but cannot find the magic mix.
I therefore leave the cute emoticons as your personal trademark.
Testing my new avatar. Seems a little fuzzy, better use my photoshop skilz.
