About two hours away all the family is at least two hours if not more :D I like it that way too

That's a good distance. Both my mom and his are at ground zero - no escaping them.

Giggle don't get me wrong I love them but I can't have them invading my space when they want ;)

Within my close group of friends my husband is the only one with his father still alive. And his father would go to Virginia to see his other son on Father's day. So that left all of us fatherless. So we all get together on Father's day and have an Fatherless Father's Day Picnic. It is kind of theraputic and a lot of fun at the same time.

I never knew who my dad was, or is. The only thing I know about him is his name. My mom was 15 when she got pregnant by a 25yr old and my grandpa ran him off. Then when I was about 6 maybe 7 my grandpa died so I didn't really grow up with a dad for fathers day. My family is 2300 miles away on the other side of the states. So the only family that's close is his mom and stepdad. Lifes funny like that I guess.

Happy Friday... They're watching veggie tales... for some reason that's the only thing they'll watch for any amount of time... Besides they're really good babies. They play most of the time and our comp is in the living room where their toys are... Then thank god for nap time... lol
