Sorry Starby, M started it, I had to try and finish, you know me. :)

I spent most of my evening talking to my friend in California, good talk, we talked about old times, lots of things that we didn't remember, are we really that old? I got so caught up talking that I forgot to say goodbye to poor M, hope he understands.

How are you today Starby, are you still sleeping, hungover? Remember, bubbles and beer! :)

How's everyone? No hangover Alty, but just not feeling well all day long! Even Nik is grumpy and sluggish again today!

I can't believe a few weeks ago we were b*#ching 'bout snow, and right now it is 92 degrees in my house, and I haven't put my AC's in yet, and need to get someone to come and put them back in since I don't have central air. The fans just aren't going to cut it, and this heat makes me feel sick to my stomach all day today! Well I guess that's why they call where I live "all hell for a basement!"

Oh well, not much a person can do right? Some love the heat, but it makes me dizzy and sick if there isn't at least a breeze!

When I was in grade 12 in high school is when they changed everything from Fahrenheit to Celsius... so I always go back and fourth between the two... LOL!

I think it is supposed to be a cool wet weekend. Live in Central Canada. It is supposed to rain tomorrow. It felt warm today. Getting really cool at night time 5 degrees.

That picture is of Samantha, sammy. She was my closest family member growing up. She lived until she was 18 years old. As far as I know she is a lab/spaniel mix. Awesome, amazing dog. Growing up with animals is so important. My wife on the other hand never had that experience. Now I have to work on her to get us a puppy.

WOW! She lived until 18? That is awesome!. what a sweetie! I don't really remember not having a dog. My mom and dad weren't really too crazy about it, but we convinced them. Well, and we had a farm... so we had a lot of dogs there.

I couldn't imagine my life without a dog!. it would seem weird to me!

It will be a battle of high degree trying to convince my wife to have a dog in the house. Maybe when our little guy is older. He loves animals too.

Take her to a shelter and let her look at all those big pleading eyes, and then bribe her with a fancy dinner... etc etc afterwards! ;) LOL!

I just feel crappy! Blah! My house is not very big, and not much insulation, so when it gets hot, it's like a sauna! It gives me a headache and makes me queezy!

Nik had soooooo much fun lastnite with the neighbots! I just loved watching her playing like her old self again!
