Hey there Stringer and Starty! How's things going?
Yoga, huh? How long have you been doing Yoga. Stringer, do you do Yoga?
My daughter has been doing Yoga for a few years. She shows me positions that are just amazing. I will post one that is just peaceful to look at. She might not want me posting images but I think this one will be OK. I was going to do a series of paintings so she did several poses for me for me to photograph.

Well, I was going to attach one more but the "Manage Attachment" button is not working for me at the moment.

Her two children, ages 3 and 1 1/2 already know several poses, especially the 3 year old. It is great to develop his balance. He knows all the correct names for the positions. I have thought about doing yoga but I had a thought that beat that one! LOL Maybe someday!

Ohhh that is peaceful... I love it! I have been doing Sun Salutations, they are mostly just a series of stretches that are supposed to be helpful for being more limber and adding a bit of muscle to my body. Also it is suppose to make my back stronger, and I really need that! I had Grady 14 years ago and I haven't excersized since. So my friend said strt here, and that is where I am... I started them about a month and a half ago and I add push ups and squats. It feels great but my back is hurting so I have to be careful. I haven't made an attempt to go full on YOGA! I will though, maybe then I will be ready for kick boxing too, they have a course at the college that gits yer groove on every quarter so I can start when I want to! Thanks for the pic, I am going to sit down and see if I can do that!

How about big brown sad puppy dog eyes, will you accept that in lieu of a doctors note?

Got to run. Later all, be good, it shouldn't be hard with my bad influence absent. :)

I understand about back issues. Not fun. I was in a wreck in Nov. and another in Dec. then had an accident this spring in my hallway! Been going to a chiro since Nov. but he is helping. My ribs keep going out and causes extreme burning. My daughter is always after me to shape up and I know she is right. I use to walk three miles a day after working an 8 hour job and now?? "Nuthin' honey!" I am in horrible shape. I ride my motorcycle and lift and carry grandbabies but that is about it. LOL I will try to attach this one more image.

My daughter says this pose is a very difficult one for her. She held it for awhile bless her little heart, giving me time to get a few photos of it.

    Hay you :)

Rebel... the first pics looks real comfy (really), I am double jointed in my shoulders, elbows, thumbs, knees and ankles... so to be able to stretch like that would feel so good and would probably pop some of these aches and pains, lol. However, the second pic... that just hurts my arms to look at it, hehehe.

I want to be able to do that:)

We have a Yoga CD now and I did do it one day and plan on making it a regular practice. I would love to be flexible enough to actually touch hold my toes with my fingers.

    Oh and Hi everyone!;)

Hey there! I can almost do the first but I do not even try the second. I would fall flat on my face! I am not double jointed but always thought was so cool.

Well, let me rephrase, I could almost do the first prior to the last two car wrecks I was in a few months ago but I trust I will once again get moving again. :p

    Oh and Hi everyone!;)

Well hey there Firmy! I need to start getting more limber or I will be walking like a board, barely bending at the knees in a few years. UGH!

I use to walk on my hands when I was but a little one, well 12 or so. My sis-n-law says I was on my hands more than my feet when she first got in the family. :p

I did a cart wheel off the top of a fire hydrant that was at the edge of our lawn when I was in 5th grade. Just forgot to bend the elbow a bit and broke both bones. Silly me.

I will be anxious for updates from you and all the rest of you!! :p Maybe I will get inspired. Just got two ribs put back in place yesterday at the Chiropractor so better wait a bit. LOL So does Stringer or Friend do Yoga also? My daughter loves it.

    We need pics boys!
Just kidding, I will soon be able to do the moces, maybe not the one oin the second pic, but others will go on my list!

I am so glad. I had to grin when I read "couldn't not say" because I get called on that all the time. Especially when I am talking fast on the phone and I will say, "Did you not say" of "Is that not how you", etc. The person on the other end is like... huh?? Makes perfect sense to me. I have one friend who tries to turn it on me but I always answer it correctly, of course!! ;)

My eyes are playing tricks on me tonight. :p I read your post as saying, "I am a true Southern Rebel"! LOL I wanted to say, "You go girl!" LOL

I am from MO. Originally but moved south as a small child. It didn't take long and it was "Ya'll" and I got teased when I would return to MO but it was just second nature to me. I got teased a bit and still do living here because I guess I don't talk totally with the southern drawl. So, I am just a misfit. But I am comfortable as that... I have never fit anywhere! LOL

I have assumed after posting under the name jrebel7 that someone might perceive I am a rebel at heart. That would not be totally untrue. However, the J is for my first name, rebel if for the Honda Rebel motorcycle I ride, and 7 is God's perfect number.

I am glad to connect with you. I see your posts but have just missed that connection and now we have it and I am one happy camper. :p

Rebbie, you like the new avy? It's inspired by M, actually donated by M as well. I always threaten to get out my whip, so I guess it's only fitting that I have an avy with a whip.

Opinions all, keep whipgirl or go back to cute bunny Cotton? Will anyone recognize me if I stick with whipgirl? Oh by the way, whipgirl makes me feel powerful, I think I like it. ;)

Back in a bit all. Be good or I'll use the whip. :)
