    One of the things about getting older sweet is that: YOU CAN'T SLEEP SOMETIMES!! (ha ha).

    Not funny really, I asked the doctor and he said "clear your mind and rest. Okay..for that I paid him right?

    I think that I was over active yesterday and then with Thanksgiving the day before; getting ready, all the people here and also being up late.....doesn't help.

    And...right...as the shopping continued I did get "lighter" he he... ouch!:) :)

    Yes.. the mysterious wallet... it moves, it loses weight, and it apparently can't decide who owns it? Ha

    Did it snow anymore?

    No more snow, although we have plenty of snow left over. By Monday it is supposed to be above freezing so maybe by then it will be all gone?? Whether is very weird here. Up and down like a freakn' yo yo lol.

    That is true, same here with the sunshine. Turned out to be a good day. I kept hearing about black Friday down in the states. Shopping days? Where did black Friday come from.

    I just startd to hear this "black Friday" thing this year Joe. From what I heard, I think it means that this day is the first kind of "official" first day of shopping for Christmas. And because the economy is in question, this day is very important to the retailers and will set the pace for this years $$$ dollars for this season. From what I heard on the radio this morning it seems that yesterday was pretty good. We drove around the mall shopping lot for over a half hour just trying to find a parking space...

    EDIT; To name it "Black Friday" seems kind of gloomy.

    Apparently Many canadians are going states side to do loads of shopping. Apparently lots of retailers down there counts on Canadian buyers. From what I hear.

    Edit :::::::

    That is what I thought as well. I thought black Friday, what a name. Sounds like something bad happened. Like a melt down or something bad economically.

    You are not old like me, are you Albear... I thought you were in college? So it probably isn't the same problem I have...

    Getting older isn't all it is cracked up to be... but there are a few advantages... experience, I keep trying to remember all the mistakes I have made and when I do them again, I now have a better excuse.. HA!

    Interesting Joe... probably because the value of the dollar has dropped... Canadians probably now will get more for their money..

    I've got to return some things to Home Depot and then I plan on roaming the isles at a local bookstore: Chamblin's Book Mine... over one millions books, new and used, under one roof!
    It's a great place to kill some time.

    I could, albear but the complications that would fall upon me would too great for an old man to bear (he he Al = bear).
