Hey Sunny! I'm sorry you are sick. Last Friday I had a sore throat and into Saturday but then it ended and I had horrible sinuses and my head felt like it was going to explode but now from day one to now I have had a horrible horrible cough. It won't go away. Argh!!

Red, I remember that. I was bad sick everyday for 15 days. Now I was bad sick and now cough for 7 days now.
Is the cough coming from a throat irratation (sp) or your chest?
Have you mucus and what colour?
If the throat starts getting raw, I highly recommend hot lemonade. The mix powder does well, just add very hot water. Mix it strong enough to cut through the junk coating the back of your throat, then the heat and sugar will feel really good.Quote:
