Start: You should listen to the wise man :) Are you all bruised up? Glad you had a good time, wish I could go ice-skating... never even seen a frozen lake much less a rink. I was pretty good at roller-skating though
If you have any pain that is "shooting" along your back, you could have pinched a nerve... I don't know... but we care about cha!:DQuote:

Ohhh, Stringer, I should have posted that in your memory thread, cause it was a good one! Cap'n, where did you go?

You know, I heard the strangest rumour that somebody who went ice skating, fell over and damaged their already achey breaky back, I hope that person is all right.Quote:

I absolutely love shellfish dishes with butter and lemon. Then a plate of mixed vegies. I'm already drooling just thinking about it.
http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/15/15_9_16.gifCan you imagine a lot of us being there and raising all kinds of heck?
;) I still love you too Stringer ;) :DQuote:

The best fresh seafood I ever had in Fl. Was Amberjack. I guess it is a seasonal fish.Quote:

I'm jealous now. I used to get my fresh shrimp right off the boats in Savannah when we were living in Fort Stewart. I really miss the seafood. We used to have to drive to Metz, France to a Cora Market to get good seasfood, but it's too far for me now and too expensive.Quote:

Oh, well, I guess I'll start my Top Ramen soup now...

Yes, I have had Amberjack, Tus! Very easy to prepare!
Frankly, I prefer Trigger fish or Mahi, but it's all good!
We can't get Amberjack up here. But we can get Mahi- that is another fave of mine. Never heard of trigger though. Might have to try it when I am down there at the end of this month.Quote:

I have been fortunate to have eaten at many excellent restaurants in FL and you are very right if you love seafood you are in heaven. I can not remember the name of this restaurant near Naples but it was one where you actually had to walk on a wooden plank over the ocean to get to it. There were pelicans all over the place with a lot of seagulls. I had the best Orange Ruffy and Tillopia (sp) I have ever had. The whole restaurant was on posts above the water.:)Quote:
