I'm not tired today, I'm exhausted :p I need to start sleeping more, but its just so damn boring :)

I'm a bit tired too. But I don't mind, a little lost sleep is nothing when one of my friends needs me. I hope Starby is okay today, I hope she gets some rest. I had shivers running down my spine when she told me what was going on. Personally, I think she should pack her bags, sell her house and come to my neck of the woods. She can stay with me until she finds her own place, preferably right across the street.

Starby, there are two houses for sale in my cul-de-sac, should I check into prices? Hmmmmm? Leave that town, come here. Do it, do it, do it! :)

Biggie, I need Starby in my neighborhood, she can help me gang up on the other neighbors. :) Actually, I'm lucky, the majority of my neighbors are great, and we're good friends, Starby would fit right in. :)

I cannot believe that... I usually don't do that but today I stopped at Baskin and Robins, had and two scoops on a ice cream cone; one rich chocolate and the other creamy butterscotch. Took it back out to my car, had the top down---it was delicious! But it was RACE eating it before the hot sun melted it... fun, but I had to let the cell phone ring... too busy...

Couldn't believe that you would mention that today Alty... great minds...

I missed the ice cream, did you have a lick for me Stringer? You know, I think tomorrow I'll take my own advice, take the kids out for ice cream, one of those out door places, sit on the bench while we lick like crazy before it melts. Go buy a loaf of bread, go to the lake and feed the geese and pelicans. That sound like a great idea. :)

Wow... what a morning...

I almost got hit by lightning... seriously. I was in the center lane of a three lane road, it was green/dark from the storm, all of a sudden it was white, and the gas station right next to me BLEW UP. Yes, blew up. I always thought it looked fake when lightning hit a gas station/etc on a movie... now I KNOW it looks real!

I'm more charged than normal today... literally...

I almost feel the need to abstain from coffee! Sheesh...

I'm a little jealous HC, though a transformer blew up outside my house once and that was a pretty cool explosion.

My morning... was a wash. I hit the gym harder than normal yesterday... and it resulted in me waking up a little late this morning, pretty sore.

I hurt my wrist pretty bad (I guess) riding last week (about 9 days ago now). It was getting better, then volleyball yesterday aggrevated it again. Problem is, I can't do most of my arm workout at the gym since it hurts to do any sort of curling motion with my wrist Any suggestions? I was debating working through the pain versus missing the workouts and trying to let it heal. I voted for letting it heal - sound good?

Fine thanks. Nomuch time left though. Tomorrow will be the longest day of my week; three exam papers! 2 biology and 1 add maths. Hope that it'll go on smoothly. I was trying to revise but I just wanted to see the thread, for at least some time.

Doing both sounds best for me;)

Biggie, yeah, let it heal first... working it out will only make it worse. I suggest icing it 15 minutes 4 times a day, maybe take some aspirin for the pain (as long as you don't have any blood clotting problems).

If you want to work out without the curling motion, I suggest pullups or cable rows, as it minimizes any curling motion, but it's probably just best to let it sit. It won't kill you to take a few days off.

You're right unky... the problem is, I trade stocks.. . and I didn't wake up in time to do pre-market trades... which means... I lose the opp to make money :(

Regardless, I'm trying to catch up.

I'm also listening to a book on mp3... who knew audiobooks actually work?

Ah, now I understand why you asked about the markets and trades and money exchange things before...
