Well... I am the boss and I don't take many days off... Except this year, we are taking two vacations, one in the summer and one near Christmas... to Lake Tahoe in the Nevada mountains, or that is the plan...

I am back and sore. Just a tip, you should dance all night like you are 20 when you are 30... your body makes you pay for it! :mad:

I'm back! Hoo, I feel good now...

Just do some exercise daily Justy, walking... or at least have some sport during an hour in the week end. And you'll be able to dance every night!

Exercise... yukky, horrible stuff lol

I was doing swimming two years back... almost everyday! And the coach was not a slacky :eek:. Now, I do badminton on Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays too. These help, I tell you! :)
