Little cheeks seems like he is getting better. Only time will heal, plus he is sleeping a lot longer for his naps. Getting lots of rest. He is getting into everything. Whenever he finds something on the floor, he shakes his head no and hands it to us for throwing it out. Well got to go for a bit.

Start, I meant to tell you that my wife is into yoga also. She goes to excersice class on Mondays and Thursdays, yoga.

You have started to do Yoga Start? That is awsome. Good for you. Yoga does a world of difference, although I have never tried it.

When I started Karate, we learned a form of meditation and I took it a step further to make it a regular routine which made a huge difference in mind, spirit and body.
