I need to teach those darn dogs to run side by side without tangling each others leashes

Peader will stay beside me and come back when I call him, seamus is a different matter..

Although I'm trying to retrain him.. I carry bacon in the pocket, everytine he comes back I give me a little... its starting to work, only problem is,he has coped on to me putting the lead back on when he comes back.

He can read my body language and seems to know what I'm about to do.

    Hey sunny.. whats up?

    I'm going dancing tonight!

Had a rip roaring row with my eldest daughter last night...

I try and avoid confrontation with them, but if it comes to it.. I always win.. you would think after 18 years living with me she would remember that.

Well congrats on that win! Silly girls. Mothers always win, mothers know everything and mothers are always right. In my house anyway.

Dancing. Yee haw! Kick your feet up for me. I love going out dancing. Dress up pretty.

Teenagers, what is their problem, and what is this word 'whatever',it's the answer to everything, can you imagine your boss saying something to you and you say 'whatever trevor'!

I have been guilty of using "whatever" to me its like dismissing the topic, done and over it. But in a sarcastic way. But hey that's me.

But let me add I know when and where to use it. I would not be thrilled if Gavin used it on me.

But you don't say it to your mother when your getting an ear bashing for arriving home 3 hours late smelling of drink...

That's putting yourself in mortal danger.

Oh god! She said whatever to you after that! Haha for some reason that makes me smile because I know the rage I would feel if it were me in your shoes. Funny how when your that age it all seems OK. You get a little older and it all changes.

Anywoo, she's gearing up for round two...

She can gear up all she wants, ill put a halt to her gallop sharpish.

She 18, she's an adult, but if she behaves like a child, expect to be treated like a child.

Funny how she can give me cheek while she eats out of my fridge, and her clothes spin in my dryer.

She has a look on her face that would sour milk.

Good thing your going out dancing sounds like your going to need to let off some steam.

Maybe you could tell her if she wants to act like an adult she can get out and take of herself like an adult.

What's the drinking age there? Here its 21.

So anyway I have to run for a bit. Gavin is going to play on this for a bit so I am OK with that. Gives me a minute to clean around. Catch you in a while.

I still keep in contact with a friend of mine from primary school, we talk every so often and whenever I visit home I usually end up visiting him as well, and we chat and stuff, that's the longest friendship I've got and still keep in contact with. Other than that I haven't talked to any of my old friends in a while.

Why'd you ask, feel like reminissing (sp) :)

That's exactly what I am doing. I had Gavin invite a friend over so now he is out of my hair and I can tinker around between this and cleaning up.

Well at least your getting stuff done, my room is just a mess, OK it only got that way because I thought everything needed shifted so somewhere more convenient, but now I can't be bothered tidying it back up again and at the end of the day I just know I'm going to shove it back where it originally was :(
