Hey Bear. I am glad you are here. I am just sitting here at work taking it easy and listening to music. What about you?

Well I was trying to watch so videos on YouTube, pass the time while I was eating you know, but since the internet is slow today for some reason I gave that up and I'm probably going to listen to some music as well :)

Right on Bear. It is the best thing helping me get by today.

God my boss made some popcorn in my office and it smells soooo good. I don't even remember the last time I had something good to eat or be able to eat what I want. As you know I have lost 10 pounds now. Kind of crazy but I kind of want to eat.

Wish I would loose 10 pounds, I wouldn't mind being sick to do it either.

Why not see if you can sneak abit of that popcorn :D

Hi Adam, what usually happens after you lose weight from being sick and having no appetite is that you get it back and pig out cause you are so hungry then.

Well there is more popcorn but the opening in my throat is so tiny I can't get anything down my throat. The only thing I have had today was a milkshake. I don't have much of an apetite because of all this.

Well if you want to be sick I will cough in a coffee can and seal it and send it to you and then you can breath in the fumes and get sick. I don't want you to get this strep though. It sucks pretty bad. It has been pretty nice to be losing the weight. The only thing that has made me happy. I step on the scales a little over a week ago and I weigh 251 pounds. I step on the scale this morning and I weigh 241. I hope to get down to 230 something before it is over.

Adam, I am now taking two shots a day for my diabetes and one of the side affects is that it curbs your appetite. I went from 237 to 214 in about 6 weeks. Nice side affect, but the diabetes... not so much... getting to me in so many ways.
