I've been sick for two weeks, but am better today.

Do English-language crossword puzzles and read English-language books. Begin with books for children and young people. If you need title suggestions, please ask. When you come across a word you don't know, look it up.

I am sorry to hear that, H hope you are better now.
Yes please can I have some titles for some books, and have I to look up every word and keep it in my mind? Or just 5 words every day that I have to keep

If you cannot figure out the meaning from the context, from the reading, look up the word. You will remember only a few, maybe one or two a day.

I like it very much -- a nice combination of words and photos, and very educational.

What other magazines can you get?

This is difficult even for native English speakers -- and even I, your beloved teacher, get it wrong sometimes!

Nobody [no body - singular] seems

"None" can be singular or plural, so see what is with it. None of the cars look -- "cars" is plural so we make "none" plural this time.

"None" may mean not one [singular] or not any [plural]. "None" can be either singular or plural depending on the sense of the phrase it is in.

If you think of "none" as "not one" or "not any" and substitute each of those in the place of "none" in order to figure out singular or plural, you will usually get it right.

How do you spell the dates. For example, 23/3/2019
I think there are many ways to spell it?

I'm not sure what you mean.

    March twenty-third, twenty-nineteen?

    March twenty-third, two thousand nineteen?

    March 23, 2019?
