Has anyone worked at starbucks;what was the experience like? Was it a difficult job? What is the uniform? What kind of questions do they ask in a interview? Curious! Thanks!!

Different managers may ask different questions, and it depend on what job you are applying for, and even how much experence you have. I have a manager for one of their stores, he asks new employess at an interview if you were a tree what tree would you want to be.
He says he just enjoys asking it, no real reason.
One good way to get hired anywhere is to start by enthusiastically saying
a) that you want to work there very much because (think of something, they may ask - you enjoy the customers they get, you love their coffees, you like to move around and not sit at a desk all day).
b) all the reasons you are the best person for the job - you show up on time, work hard, like to learn, are sociable, organized and detail oriented. ETC
When you are done selling yourself in about 3 minutes, then wait for questions.
LOL. Beech, 'cause life's a beech.
