    I assuming by the board this is on you are referring to a networking hub.
    You must bear in mind that a hub is the most basic form of networking device as it broadcasts all received data packets to everything that is connected to it.
    So really the answer to your question is very ambiguous.

    If you would care to clarify what you actually mean and the context that would be most helpful.

    A hub does temporarily, but very briefly store the data packets as it transitions from receipt to transmit.

    If you think you will be able to read those data packets from the hub, that would be a no. However, there are devices that can read packets as they are transmitted over the network.
