No they are not. I paid them over 200.00 for simpsons seasons 1-18 and then their web site disappears. If you don't believe me with that, check for yourself www.classicboxset.com. I am slightly pissed because I'm out 200.00 now. But I guarantee I find out where they are, I'm going to knock some heads together and get my money back

I wouldn't order from them again. I ordered a dvd set Feb 16th and just received my packaged yesterday April 2nd. It seems OK, however it's obvious they are not "authentic" but it seems like this person actually copied the dvds him or herself and made it look real. I've watched a few and they seem okay, but I have yet to watch them all. Also when I was finally provided with a tracking number it appeared my package just started its shipping process the 28th of March, and not Feb 16th as they stated- looks like someone had to make the dvds! If I had known the outcome I would have just spent the extra money for the story quality ones...

Hey Russ- you might have to wait a few months for them to copy all those seasons! Is my guess- just keep hounding them in emails... or use paypal to get your money back if that's what you used to pay through

I am still waiting for my order of over £80 worth of DVDs. I started a claim with paypal, now classic box set are saying order was sent. Well I have NOT RECEIVED IT I will be keeping claim going until I get them.

Can't get a hold of or contact classicboxset to make any enquiries about my order which was made 7th Feb and has still not arrived.
