I have a hacker on my trail
*Sighs* Yes, Isn't the world sad? Some lowlife hacker has been finding ways to hack in to my IP address, or something like that. He's been threating me, for weeks now, taking action once or twice. I need to know how to change my Public IP address. I've read up on it on a few different sites, but am having trouble understanding. I come here in the sole hope that all of you [nice] people can help me with a serious hacking problem. Thanks.

Call your ISP and report them.

What exactly will that do? Will they change it, or get me in to a big legal situation, which I would really rather avoid. [Aka, More details?]

They have people that specialise in harassment of this type and will be able to assist you further.

    Yes it will.

But, I agree with ben. His current internet provider can actually help more. Even track this mofo!

I knew that much, but I didn't want to go through the trouble. Verizon would be the only other provider I would prefer and, they take awhile to set up.

I'll try that CurlyBean, I do hope it works.
