    6-7 months...

PS: If you want to ask related questions, please do not start a new thread... it's confusing.
    Thanks.

    Check Case Status Online https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp

    Or call 1-800-375-5283

I find most of delayed I-751 cases are those with insufficient supported documents. USCIS wants to see proof that marriage is genuine and the coupe live together, etc. Also find a lot who are in the same boat as you.. but if you already get EAD, you can work, get SSN, open bank account, obtain driver's license, etc. without any problems.

Withdrew Petition for Alien Relatives (husband and 2 children) and detail pending divorce Sept. 2007 via certified mail to INS. Uncontested divorce finalized 6 months later and I advised INS of same via certified mail. I-751 should have been filed latest Dec. 2007- had we remained together. Do not know if he filed with waiver once divorce finalized. Could he have gotten a green card ? No commingling of financial resources whatsoever, no domestic abuse.
