I go 3 hours late to work without any reason
Before I used to reach office by 8:00 o-clock But since 4 months ago I ve been going at around 10:00 or 11:00 o-clock and sometimes my mind will conclude that I should no go at all(I will malingre) even today I went at 12:00 o-clock.This is very serious! the worst is that I will have nothing to do at home rather I lay at bed for 3 hours thinking about nothing.The whole day I end up in regret and the next day I'll come up contemplating if I will go while I regreted last night.What I will be using 2 to 3 hours late to do I don't know.Please advice me how how to deal with this highest order of procastination bfore my boss sack me 4rom my attracting business.I will appreciate any good advice given to me.Thanks

I wake up very late,and I lay and think for hours
I always wake up very late at about 7:45 am.and find myself lying on the bed doing nothing till 9:30 am.even doo I'll go to work.Please what is wrong with me?and how can I say a quit to the umwanted habit?Thank you

Quit your job, have 6 kids, go on welfare and watch TV all day.

Depression, lack of vitamins such as B complex, a neurological or chemical imbalance,
You should go to a psychologist and a dr and get checked up.
