I'm sorry that I haven't been around! Have been ill and in the hospital for a number of days!

Hey clough I was wondering if you can help me put together a business proposal for the Boys and girls club, the director of the facility would want us to write down the idea on paper so he can show it to the others.

What are the things that you would like to propose to them, please?

We would offer the boys and girls club,
* price lower then the vendor they are using,
* 10% money back to the boys and girls club.
* if they are doing fund raising if needed, we would donate T-shirts for the volunteers to wear.

Did you get the first and last names of any of the people who are the leaders of those clubs as well as their titles that they might have? I don't really know what to call them. But, maybe administrator, president, CEO, etc.

Yes I do they are the program assistant, I have all the names of all the program assistant here in the bay for the boys and girls club, they are just waiting for the proposal and I got no experience on doing it.

Do you have Microsoft Excel on your computer?

Yes I do!

Do you know how to use it? It's a lot trickier than Microsoft Word. However, if we post any attachments to posts here, it's a lot easier to do it using Excel. It has something to do with the size of the files.

Also, will you be mailing these or delivering them by hand?

Some I will be emailing it but one club wants me to deliver it by hand.
I know the basic but that's about it.

If any of these places are within a reasonable driving distance, you might want to consider delivering those by hand, unless they've specified or that you've agreed to send them via email.

Also, if you do deliver them by hand, it might give you further opportunity to sell yourself and what you have to offer in person.

Never thought of it that way. I got your document and I did opened it with no problem, yes I will deliver it by hand, I want to do all that by Monday, cause all the clubs will be ordering their summer shirts by this month and I want them as one of our account it will help our business a lot.

Their Address.

Dear [Name, Mr. Mrs. Miss. Ms. Dr.]

Please accept this correspondence as being a proposal to provide... [I'd like you to word the rest of that, in case it needs some revision. It just needs to be brief and telling them what this proposal is concerning.]

We really enjoyed visiting you and your facility on [Day of Week and Date.] What we are proposing is the following concerning meeting the needs of your Club.

[You provide the details as to what you will provide as well as the prices. May be bulleted in some way.]

Please let us know if you have and questions. We look forward to an opportunity to further discussion with you as to how we might best serve the needs of [Name of the Club.]

Did you save the document that I sent to you? If you didn't, please save it to your Desktop. That way, it will be easy to find.
