Model# tca024aka1 of the unit.. need to know if it can support a 1300 sq ft house

Square footage is not the sole "rule-of-thumb" used when sizing a heating/cooling system. The most accurate method is a Manual J survey. It accounts for all factors of heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer. Do you currently have some type of air conditioning (window units, etc.) ? If so, and they are capable of keeping the house comfortable during hot weather, add up the total BTUH of all units. See if you come close to the 24kBtuh of the unit you are considering installing.
