How many amps at 14 watt 208/230volt
    Duct-less mini split,
Indoor unit runs on 208/230 volts. Indoor unit pulls 14 watts. What is that converted to amperage draw.

    Volts / Watts = Amps.

So you should be good with a double poll 20amp breaker. However, the unit should give listings as to min and max breaker to be used. I prefer to see it closer to the max side than the min side to account for fluctuations during hard start situations, etc.

You sure only 14 watts? What about the total wattage? Lot more than that.

If it was 240 Volts, Divide the 240 into 14, that comes out to .058 Amps.
In case you didn't have a Calculator Handy. You may have used one and it looked wrong?
Easy way to remember is Volts times amps equals watts.

Divide amps OR volts into watts will give you volts OR amps respectively.

    A 1500 watt hair dryer at 120 volts draws(1500 divided by 120) =
    12.5 Amps.

    How many 60 watt bulbs will 16 Amps carry?(16 times 120 = 1920 watts),
now divide 60 into 1920, which is 32 Bulbs.
