I had to run off to work after getting home, but I fired her up and she works like a charm for now. I am going to leave it running and hope it doesn't lock out again this evening. I'll take the volt meter to her this evening too. If I don't post back consider this issue resolved. Thanks for all your fine help ladies and gents. The carriers are pretty much the same as others . And there shold be nothing going to the HSI until call is made.. to be honest Ive never seen that.. All I could think is its prob a fult in a ground and or com. Sorry I can't help with that part
