Yes, I've had good experience with rheem. However, we now install Goodman furnaces, and have had great results with them too. It really all comes down to install when it comes to furnaces these days. A great install job can make any new furnace a good furnace, and a bad install can make any furnace a bad furnace. I work on many makes and models of furnaces and central air conditioners. Most of the new systems are very similar in design and all have their +s and -s. I feel the most important thing to take into consideration when having a new furnace installed is how quickly the installer will return to fix any problems that may arise, and taking care of warranty for the customer. And even when warranty is long gone, how dependable the original installer will be to get to you in a timely manner.
