It is possible you have a bad thermostat but that would be a very unusual case. Who installed your unit originally?

The system was here when I bought the house.. so I have no clue. The only ones who put these sytems in around here are about two hours south of me... and I don't have the money right know to pay them to come and look at it(two hours travel each way$$$) so I use the wood stove, it heats the house just has some quirks and from what I can gather those quirks are not suppose to be there...
Thanks for the help.
The price of parts for that furnace are also very expensive. Remember there is a warranty on the parts but for the length of time you will need to check the companys web site.
Do you think that I could get rheem to replace(send me a new tstat? I believe this unit is three years old
That's why I have the woodstove know one in this area knows anything about this furnace and all I have is the internet for answers.I think I am the only one in my area that has this furnace.
The manufacturer will not send you anything they only work through there dealer network.
OK I guess this is the end of the road for know. Thank you for your time and help
No problem
