    31 means the pressure switch isn't closing or (in your case) is re-opening during a heating cycle. I would be willing to bet you have a clogged condensate trap or condensate accumulation in the exhaust vent because of a sag in a horizontal section, based on your description of the brief heating cycles and the fault code given. I'm not sure what you are expecting, but a pro would check "like 10 different things" if the service label lists them. There is only so much we can do for you with a mouse and a keyboard; but still, we are trying.
