My Goodman furnace shuts down periodically. There is a red light that blinks once. According to the panel it means it's a system shut down... recycling exceeded.

I have a googman gmp gas furnace,as soon as I turn the power on both fan come on and won't shut off,disconnected the thermostat still comes on,replaced the circuit board,same trouble
