I have dark red and now I want light brown hair how take the red out so I can go light brown

First, you can try stripping your hair of it color, unless its too dark to make a difference. What I do is, I mix dish washing liquid with my regular shampoo and conditioner and wash my hair with it, which fades the color. Second, I would recommend going to Sally's and buying this little red packet called Unred. They sell it for 99 cents. What you do is you add it to your bleach, the same mixture you would normally use and make sure you use it every time you bleach your hair. It prevents the brassy, yellow, and orange tones that your hair will get while you bleach it. I must warn you, obviously Unred works for some people, so try it at your own risk. I hope this helped..
