Yea, I know this one.
Someone who hasn't heard of it. Finally. (Wonder what happened to Unky?)
Is the name of the drink important? No
Is what kind of gun it is important? No.
Do the man and bartender know each other?
Did the man ask for anything else?
Did the bartender say anything?
Was there anything special about the actual bar?
Was anyone else involved?
Do the man and bartender know each other? Irrelevant
Did the man ask for anything else? Irrelevant
Did the bartender say anything? Irrelevant
Was there anything special about the actual bar? No.
Was anyone else involved? No.
Well, that gotcha real far, huh? :p
Sorry morgaine, I was really busy yesterday, and this morning is not better. I'll try out later on, promise :)
No problem. I won't be back around for about 8 hours anyway.
Hmm, everyone has disappeared. Although the past two days have been very hectic for me for work, so I haven't had a lot of time for answering questions anyway, so maybe that worked out OK.
But I have time tonight and am off tomorrow, and maybe J-Lo will be back with us by then, so we can finish this up (I THINK it's an easier one) and then let her start on her hard one.
(This is just an excuse to "bump" the post and stick it back in everyone's updated list, assuming it's working.)
I'm back. :) I actually came on to post a couple of pictures from the wedding in the lounge (big top), but I stopped in here first. So, let me see if I can help move this puzzle along. Maybe Unky or someone else will come help me.
Was the man's "thank you" sincere?
Did the bartender intend on shooting the man?
Was there something about the man that caused the bartender to pull out a gun?
Was the bartender afraid of the man?
Did the man seem menacing?
Well, aren't we special? But hey, good to see you. I'd ask if you had fun, but I suspect you're off now posting about it in the lounge.Quote:

Hmm, I'll have to go remind myself what the puzzle was now. LOL.
Was the man's "thank you" sincere? Yes.
Did the bartender intend on shooting the man? No.
Was there something about the man that caused the bartender to pull out a gun? Yes.
Was the bartender afraid of the man? No.
Did the man seem menacing? No.
I think I had too much fun. :D
So, he was thankful about something the bartender did. Was it related to the gun?
Did the bartender protect him from someone else?
Was the man an alcoholic?
Did the bartender know the man had a drinking problem and refused to serve him?
Was the man in AA?
Did we have too much to drink?Quote:

(Was it easier when I quoted each question? Doesn't matter to me either way.)
Was the gun real? Yes.
Did the man get a drink? It's irrelevant, but there's a logic that says he did.
Good Morning, I thought this one would surely be solved already.
Nah, no one was really around over the weekend, so it hasn't gone much of anywhere.
Yea, not a happening place on the weekends. Did you have a good one?
Sorry, I had a very busy weekend :o
When you say, "points at him", him here refers to the man and not the bartender, right?
Did anyone die?
Did the bartender hand the gun to the man?
Was the gun loaded?
Did the gun work?
Did the man drank his drink?
- Was the bartender pointing the gun all this time towards him?
When you say, "points at him", him here refers to the man and not the bartender, right? Yes, bartender points at man.
Did anyone die? No.
Did the bartender hand the gun to the man? No.
Was the gun loaded? Irrelevant.
Did the gun work? It worked for its intended purpose.
Did the man drank his drink? Irrelevant, but again there's a logic that says he did.
- Was the bartender pointing the gun all this time towards him? No.
Was there anything else the bartender did to receive the thank you?
I'm going to assume no, just to get in more questions. :D
Did the man thank the bartender for not shooting him?
Did the bartender pull the gun out as part of a joke? To scare the man? As a mistake? As a threat?
Were the police involved?
Was the man interested in buying the gun or another gun?
Was the man dazed and confused? Did the bartender snap the man back to reality by pulling out the gun?
