6-10 overall. Can't complain. With the close games and last minute loses taken care of the Lions easily could have been 12-4. (6 games were 5 pts. Or less and mostly lost in the 4th qrtr)

They should have beaten the Bears in the first game this year.

At the time this was announced (by commentators) the Colts hadn't played yet ;) (just sayin')

... and I don't like the Colts so I usually intentionally exclude them :D

I will have a blast I hope. I won't have good seats but they are better than some and at least I will get an experience.

Are you going to see the Bears Stringer? They got homefield didn't they?

Wow really? Ours just went on sale Sunday night because nobody knew until then if the Colts were going to the playoffs. I just bought mine today and you can still find them her and there.

I've been having some health problems lately Adam, bronchitis and a bit of pneumonia it seems, I'll be fine. But I'll most likely be watching it here at home or at my son's home.

I found 7,173 tickets available for the Bears game. Bad news is the starting price is $185.

TBD TBD vs Chicago Bears [1/16/2011] Tickets at StubHub!

Oh I guarantee they all sold out. What I found is people who bought and are now selling them individually. :)

Thanks Stringer. It was an exciting game to be at but sad that they lost. The Colts couldn't move the ball well all game. It was very dissapointing. Sanchez couldn't complete a pass to save his life but bothe running backs ran us over which is surprising compared to what we were doing on defense.

My biggest question is: On 3rd and 4 with 1 minute left to go and you already in field goal range and you are down by 1 point what do you do?

My answer: You run the ball up the middle. Possibilities that could happen: you gain the 4 yards and pick up the 1st down. Continue running the ball down the field while the clock continues and forcing the Jets to call their timeouts; Another option, you run the ball and pick up no yards but the clock will continue to run forcing the Jets to call a timeout. After Clock gets down far enough or you can't push the ball any further, kick the field goal with no time left and win the game or kick the field goal and give them the ball with less time and less timeouts.

Colts answer: Throw a pass and it comes up incomplete. No first down and the clock is stopped and you are forced to kick a field goal. Give the Jets the ball back with a minute left and 2 timeouts. You know how the rest played out.

Another question, why the hell would Caldwell call a timeout for the Jets?

    Hello:

    Go Hawks.

You now what I just learned? Place kickers don't kick with their toes. They kick with the inside of their foot... Hmm. Did YOU know that?

I can't wait J. I've got everything ready; Some cold ones, chips, burgers and my Bear paraphernalia, tee shirt, hoody, Bear glasses (for the cold ones), even my little dancing Chicago Bear. When the Bears score I just have to push the button and it dances and sings 'we will, we will ROCK YOU!"

Usually have at lease 8 to 10 friends over, not this time as I will be on the couch with this damn pneumonia thing going on... :(

Even got Marta to stop studying for a couple hours to watch the game with me. She is going to wear one of my bear's tees.

We aren't having a big shindig today either since I have to work and will be napping.

Heck, I'm not even cooking this time. I've got some sausage rotel dip on, but that's about it.

The biggest thing is to send good vibes to Solider Field.

Not to look too far ahead but... Steelers and Bears in Dallas?

Hee hee... I'll ship a box of Kleenex my friend. The latest spread I saw was 10 points. The countdown begins only a few minutes to showtime!

Actually Ex I will be depressed all week if the Bears happen to blow it...

Well the Bears played an all around good game, didn't blow it.

But they relaxed in the 4th quarter, not good as a hungry Green Bay team is coming to Chicago next week.
