    Firming upper arms
Hi, I am a 39 year old female, 5:6 and weigh 124lb, the problem I have is that most of the weight on my body is on my arms and backside.

I can deal with my rear but I hate with a capital 'H' the size and shape of my arms and in particular the large and now flabby wings. Ps I have recently noticed as I have lost weight, wrinkles and cellulite on my upper arms.

I desperately need advice on which exercises I must do to see a results.

    Regards

If you have a exercise band, this is a good one, hold one end of band in each hand with your palms facing each other, and position it under your feet, Stand with your legs hip width apart and bend slightly forward from your waist with your back straight. Straighten arms so they are out in front of you and parallel to floor. Pull sides of band toward you so arms go one each side ofyour waist. Make sure you elbows travel past should point, move band back to starting position, 3 sets 20 reps

5 lb dumb bell, Do biceps curl, and overhead extensions 2 sets 16-20 reps:

Use hand weight up to 5 lbs to start, hold weight in hands and bend over parallel to floor, tighten abs, bend elbows and pull them even with back, behind you, straighten arms behind you squeezing triceps and slowly lower back down

Sit or stand and hold one dumb bell with both hands, elbow bent, behind your head (90 degrees), straighten the ams squeezing tricpes 2-3 sets 20 reps
