I NEED to fit my workout plan into my schedule... HELP!
I recently got w/a personal trainer at the gym I work out at, I needed him to make me up a work out plan that works for me. He wants me to lift weights 3 days a week & cardio 2-3 days a week. I loveee the work out he has me doing, I feel great already, but my problem is keeping it consistent due to my schedule. If someone is willing to listen to my schedule can you pleeeeease help me cooperate my work out routine into my schedule. I really want to figure this out. Thanks...
