The ncp in my life has two hour supervised visits every Thursday.last visit was conducted 12/25/08.my daughter informed me the supervisor was not present even though she contacted me stating she was present.what am I supposed to do next time they decide they want a visit?:eek::eek:

Where does the visit take place ? If its at a place where the observer is in earshot or behind a mirror in a room then its still supervised yet unseen. It would make them both correct. If the visits have been going on for awhile there may have been an atempt because of Christmas to make it appear as unsupervised. Why ruin Christmas ?
