We have en cured thousands of dollars in attorneys fee's because of false accusations t words me and we have just started. All my husband and I want is for them to leave us alone and let mom come home where she wants to be. Also the court did authorize a temporary protection from harassment for me because my husband's sister said she wanted to punch me in the face. I can't believe the court would allow a violent person to have temp. guardianship of another person. Also mom's roommate said the only one that she has seen in to visit mom is my husband. The sister said she wanted their mom in the nursing home so they all would feel comfortable to visit her.

No she only has temporary guardianship, we haven't even been to court for that, but have been for other things like, protection orders only to have it postponed but you still have to pay the lawyer for research and his time in court. This woman has a degree in social work so she knows the in's and outs of the court system, I do not. Her main focus was on the elderly, she knows what you are not supposed to say that would hurt a person and she say's that. I believe that in this world when you give out good you get it back 10 fold and when you give out evil you get it back also. But good and bad fall on everyone.
